Hospitality
A floor renewed overnight.
For hotels, resorts and restaurants that cannot afford to be closed. Rooms are re-skinned room by room, in silence, and sold again the following night.

The problem
Refurbishment closes floors and costs revenue.
A conventional room refit runs for weeks. Corridors are sealed, lifts are commandeered, dust travels further than anyone promised, and the floor above hears all of it.
The invoice is only part of the cost. The rest is empty keys, moved reservations and a review written by a guest who slept beside a demolition.

The answer
Zero guest disturbance, phased room by room.
We work in scheduled night shifts behind sealed doors. No demolition, no wet trades, no odour. A standard guest room is surveyed, transformed and released within forty-eight hours.
Programmes are phased so that a property never drops more than a handful of keys from inventory. Most of our hotel clients stay at full operation from first survey to final handover.
